SalesWeather is operated from the UK and priced in GBP. We accept subscriptions from customers outside the UK — where you access the service from outside the UK, you are responsible for compliance with any local laws applicable to you. Prices include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store card details. Subscriptions renew automatically each year. You will receive a renewal reminder at least 14 days before your renewal date. Your renewal date is shown in the dashboard. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time before your renewal date.
By completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that you lose any applicable statutory right to cancel once access begins.
Access is deemed to begin immediately upon successful payment and activation of your account. This consent is recorded at the point of purchase in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Your subscription provides time-limited access to continuously updated analytical tools and proprietary methodologies. It is not a one-time downloadable data purchase. All content is considered supplied and consumed upon access. Access cannot be returned once granted.
Annual subscriptions are sold on a 12-month access basis. There is no monthly option.
Due to the nature of the SalesWeather platform — which provides immediate access to proprietary analytical data, AI-generated insights, market dashboards, and intellectual property — subscriptions are non-refundable once access has been granted.
We do not offer refunds for: change of mind · lack of usage · perceived market performance · failure to achieve trading outcomes · partial subscription periods
Technical Abuse: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in scraping, bulk extraction, redistribution, credential sharing, or misuse of platform data. Suspension or termination for misuse does not entitle the subscriber to a refund.
Exceptions required by law: Nothing in this section excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law. If you are entitled to a remedy under applicable consumer protection legislation — including statutory guarantees under Australian Consumer Law or equivalent protections in other jurisdictions — we will comply with those legal obligations. We monitor access patterns and session data. Accounts showing signs of credential sharing, concurrent multi-location access, or misuse may be suspended without notice and without refund.
All content, dashboards, data presentation, methodologies, and software comprising the SalesWeather platform — including the Three Pillars methodology, AI-generated briefings, editorial analysis, and design — are the intellectual property of Zootaloot Studios. Access is licensed, not sold. Your subscription grants a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and view content during your subscription period only.
SalesWeather aggregates data from publicly available government and institutional sources including FRED, Bank of England, Reserve Bank of Australia, Bank of Canada, ONS, ABS, Statistics Canada, and IMF. We cannot guarantee all data is current, complete, or error-free at all times. Data feeds may occasionally be delayed or unavailable due to third-party API failures beyond our control.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the subscription fee paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. Your email address, subscription data, IP session logs, and checkout consent record are processed for service delivery, security, and legal compliance. We do not sell your data. Stripe handles payment data under their own privacy policy. Krystal provides hosting.
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time by emailing hello@salesweather.com before your renewal date. You retain access for the remainder of your paid 12-month period. No refund is issued for the current period. We may terminate access for breach of these Te
